In order to improve the quality of our services, a maintenance operation has been scheduled throughout the day on Friday 13th December.
During this time, certain scribzee services will be unavailable:
- account creation,
- logging in/out of your scribzee account,
- password reset,
- backup e-mail,
- sharing files via direct sharing,
- synchronisation with the cloud.
Notes can be scanned as usual. However, once the maintenance operation has been completed, please ensure all your notes have been synchronised to the cloud by following the steps below:
- Open scribzee and click on your Profile photo in the top left corner of the screen.
- Scroll down to "Document Sync".
- Press the "Synchronise files now" button and leave scribzee open while your notes are synchronised to the cloud. If you have a lot of notes to synchronise, you might need to press the "Synchronise files now" button 2-3 times. Please ensure that the "Files to upload" indicater is at 0 before leaving scribzee.
