The information in this article is only for Scribzee users who have been selected to test a new version of Scribzee.
1. How do I access the version of Scribzee to test?
You have an iPhone?
- Uninstall your current version of scribzee,
- Download TestFlight, the mobile app that will allow you to access the version of Scribzee to be tested,
- Click on the link we sent you by email from your iPhone,
- TestFlight opens on a scribzee view. Click on "Install" and on "Open",
- The app opens. You can test this new version.
You have an Android phone?
- Uninstall the current version of the Scribzee app. (after synchronizing your scans in scribzee : see more here : How do I ensure that my scans are available on all my devices? – SCRIBZEE)
- On your phone, click the link you received by email.
- Google Play opens to the Scribzee app. Do not click "Install" right away. Scroll down to the "Try the beta version" section.
- Click "Join".
- A new screen opens. Click "Join" again.
- A message will indicate that you need to wait a few minutes before you can access this new version. Close the Google Play Store.
- Click the link you received by email again. The following screen opens:
- Click "Install".
- Click "Open". You can now test this new version.
2. How to activate your trial of smart features in Scribzee?
1. Open your trial version of Scribzee
2. Click on the ‘Discover Scribzee+’ banner on the Scribzee homepage
3. A Scribzee+ view will open
4. Click on ‘Try the features’ at the bottom of the view
5. You now have 100 free trials to test Scribzee’s smart features, available from the “Assistant” tab
3. Do you want to report a bug or tell us about an improvement to be made to the application?
Use the following form https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/2TGXYWW to indicate the problem encountered or the improvement desired.
You can fill it in as many times as necessary to report several comments. Our team will receive all your comments.
4. You have installed the test version of Scribzee but want to go back to the version you were using before?
You have an iPhone?
• Uninstall the test application:
• Long click on the Scribzee thumbnail of the test version (put the thumbnail in the picture),
• Click on "Delete app".
• Reinstall the public version of the application:
• Go to the AppStore.
• Click on "Search" at the bottom right and type "Scribzee" in the search bar,
• Download Scribzee,
• Open the application. You are back on the version you used to use.
• At any time, you can switch back to the test version of Scribzee by going to TestFlight and clicking "Install.
You have an Android phone?
• Uninstall the test application:
• Go to the Play Store and type scribzee in the search bar,
• Click on the scribzee application,
• Click on "leave" and scroll down.
• Reinstall the public version of the application:
• Go to the Play Store and enter scribzee in the search bar,
• Click on the scribzee application,
• Click on "install",
• Open the application. You are back on the version you used to use.
• At any time, you can switch back to the scribzee test version by going to the Play Store and clicking on "Join the Beta".
