Your scans are organised differently in SCRIBZEE depending on whether automatic sorting is enabled or disabled:
1) Automatic filing is disabled:
After each scan, you can rename your scan and choose the folder in which it will be stored. A message appears at the bottom of the screen when the scan has been sorted.
Exceptions:
• After scanning, if you immediately closed SCRIBZEE without choosing a folder, SCRIBZEE will automatically store your scan in the "Unsorted" folder.
• Agenda pages are automatically sorted both in the Calendar and in the "Agenda Pages" folder. Thematic pages from an agenda are stored in the "Agenda Pages" folder.
• Memos are automatically stored in the "Memos" folder.
2) Automatic filing is enabled:
• Notebook pages and loose sheets are sorted by colour folder. For example, if you scan pages with a red border, they will automatically be placed in the "Red Notes" folder.
• Cards are sorted by colour folder.
• Flashcards are sorted by colour folder.
• Memos are sorted in the "Memos" folder.
• Agenda pages are sorted both in the Calendar and in the "Agenda Pages" folder. Thematic pages from an agenda are stored in the "Agenda Pages" folder.
At any time, you can enable or disable automatic sorting for scans of notes/cards/pages in the SCRIBZEE settings.
