On your scribzee mobile application, if some of your scans are not visible and a blue download icon appears as in the image below, we invite you to click on the download image to see if your scan appears.
If your scan does not appear, please contact us at scribzee.contact.uk@hamelinbrands.zendesk.com and let us know :
- the e-mail address used with your scribzee account,
- the folder containing the notes that do not appear,
- the name of the scans that don't appear.
This information will help us to help you better.
