2 possibilities :
• You are not using the right password
If you do not use the right password, the following error message "incorrect password and/or email" will appear on the screen. To change your password, you must go to the mobile application. Then follow the recommendations in this article
• You haven't logged in to scribzee on the mobile application for a long time
If you haven't logged in to scribzee on the mobile app since the new version of scribzee was released, you may not be able to access the web version: https://online.scribzee.com because you don't have the latest version of the mobile app.
You have 2 solutions:
1) connect to our old web version: https://app.scribzee.com/
2) update your mobile application from Google Play Store or App Store and connect to it
